  • Q: Are you licensed?

    A: Yes, we are licensed in accordance to the Real Estate Services Act.
  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?

    A: Yes, we are always available for our clients.
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Yes, we have available an electronic fund transfer system which notifies you via email as soon as your money leaves our Trust Account.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: There is no need for you to sign the lease as we do that on your behalf as your agent. While it is not our standard practice to have you read the lease prior to a tenant signing it can be accommodated should it be of importance to you.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Yes, we are licensed Realtors®
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Your funds are deposited automatically in your account and will arrive on or before the 20th of each calendar month.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: While we encourage our tenants to use the online portal paying their rent electronically we also take post dated checks and pre-authorized debit.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: We typically recommend signing a 12 -month lease; however, depending upon the situation (owner and/or tenant) should flexibility be required we can happily accommodate.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: Security deposits are regulated by the Residential Tenancy Act and it is half of one month’s rent.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: This is dependant upon how quickly you are able to complete and return all the necessary documentation, any necessary repairs are completed and that we have immediate access to the property we require only 3-5 business days.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: Single family homes, townhouses and condos.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: We offer many report options via an online Private Owners Portal in which you have accesses 24/7 all you need is internet connection and a device.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: We typically hold the tenant security deposit in a Trust Account.
